Venice Beach Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU)

Our client approached us and wanted to add an Additional Dwelling Unit (ADU) to their property for short-term rental income and to have a nice guest house for relatives and friends when they were visiting. From start to finish the project only took 4 months and came in just under budget. Scroll down for some of the project highlights, a glowing client testimonial, and photos and video of the completed ADU.

  • "Andres and his team were superb from the very get go. They were respectful, timely, and very transparent about the entire process. We absolutely love our ADU and our home value has already increased and we also have the ability to short-term lease our ADU which will help to pay for the cost of construction in only a few years. Thank you Andres and Nuvision Builders!" -Julie M.
